Likes: Ice cream, playing video Games and shopping. A LOT. She can also eat frozen meals that weren't heated in the microwave.
Dislikes: Frogs, storms, and palm trees for some reason
Abilities: Can create Ice cubes, Snow balls, and Avalanches. Can also make "Heated Ice", which burns the enemy then freezes the part of the body he was touched. With enough power, she can freeze time for a couple of minute, but that stuff is WAY too advanced for her.

Bio: Justine's parents were astronauts and they often flew into space to find new planets. One day, they had to leave for an icy-cold planet called Galatia for 3 years... 2 months after having arrived, Justine's mom found out she was pregnant. Because her parents were living on the Ice- cold planet, Justine's mom ate a lot of Galatia's food. So, 9 months later, after Justine was born, her parents discovered that the food had a bit of a side- effect. Justine had the power to controls and create ice and snow. It bothered them at first, but then slowly got used to it. Deciding to continue living on Neptune, Justine grew up there. On her 14th birthday, after coming back from a little walk, she discovered her parents to be missing. She searched for them for hours, until she came upon something in her mom's dresser. Her parents had always kept a video- camera in their room for some reason, and she was able to witness exactly what happened when her parents disappeared. A group of things entered the room. They walked like cavemen, and had no eyes. They were HUGE and scared the shit outta her. After entering the room, one of the things smashed her dad on the head, and after seeing them, her mom fainted. They took her parents with them, then shot the camera, making the screen go blank. Justine stayed in her room, crying for hours, frozen with fear. She swore on her life that she would avenge her parents, making those things pay for what they did. Knowing she did not have enough experience to fight them, she decided to leave Neptune in case they came back. Using the mini space- ship her parents had built and had been saving, she flew to earth and met the Teen Titans. She is living with them right now!

So, yeah... that's the story so far!
